Cheer:

• Tiny local team 3-5 year olds
• Mini local team 6-8 year olds
• Youth Coed Regional team 8-11 year olds
• Junior Local team 8-14 years old
• Junior Coed Regional Team 11-14 years old
• Senior Local Team 11-18 years old)
• Senior Coed National Team 13-18 years old
• Open Coed Local or Regional Team 18+ years old

Dance:

• Youth Dance style TBA for 8-11 year olds
• Senior Hip Hop 12-18 years old
• Open Hip Hop 18+ years old

Classes and Clinics:

• Beginning tumbling up to a standing back handspring
• Intermediate tumbling from a standing back handspring through tucks and layouts
• Advanced tumbling for everything after Intermediate
• Cheerleading motions, jumps, and dance
• Stunt classes and clinics
