Recruiting Policy
Please remember our policy for recruiting athletes to come to Fury that are currently with other programs. This applies to coaches, athletes, and parents.
1. We do NOT want you to approach someone whom you know is already a part of another all-star program.
2. If someone approaches YOU to ask about FURY, then feel free to share your awesome experience with Powers Unite the Fury. If THEY state that they are interested in leaving their program and/or coming to ours, then you are welcome to share information and benefits of Fury with them.
3. Please do NOT speak negatively of any other program, team, staff, or cheerleader.
As always, we appreciate all of our loyal Fury family members sharing their enthusiasm for the Fury family. However, we feel that encouraging someone to quit another gym is tacky and unprofessional. We know that other gyms in our area do not abide by this code of business ethics, professional conduct and courtesy, but we are going to follow that standard regardless of what other gyms choose to do. As always, rise above and be the better person.
If you are approached by an employee of another organization encouraging you to quit our program, please do not respond negatively but let us know so that WE can take that up with them.
